UmiVPN operates under a strict no-log policy. Our servers are technically configured to be incapable of storing connection logs, traffic logs, DNS queries, or IP addresses assigned during a VPN session. This policy is enforced at the infrastructure level, not merely as an administrative commitment.
The limited account information we collect (email address) is used solely to manage your account, send service notifications, and provide customer support. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
